To be honest with you (700m cash equivalents), I'd rather they keep liquidity and continue improving their bottom line. Nothing worse than increasing dividens and then REDUCE them again. That would be a killer for confidence. Lets not forget, the company still needs to pay 290m in fines for corruption charges (less than 3 years from now) and time flies!

Selling or shorting now would be suicidale. If snc would have posted a loss today (after throwing the kitchen sink last q) the ps would have dropped back to $25 or less. With no increase of dividends or buyback it would have been another terrible 3 months lost. Now that they proved the company can make a profit (almost 2 years without), this is the only engineering company that is still

Agreed Pierre WSP is certainly having a long look at SNC right now..  Add some dividends from the 407, money in the bank from completion of oil/gas division sale, positive cash flow..and you are looking at a very healthy 40$+ stock by the end of this year Or 55$ after an offer on the table at 30%+ over sp at that time
