Last year they told us that they will give us more clarity on buyback/ dividend in the first half of this year... now it's at the investor day. They dont care about their shareholders.

He gets the green light directly from the top two shareholders or indirectly through one or two board members. These are confident it's only a question of time and want it done right. So it will be September.
