Enough already...get the ownership together and make a deal!!!! SNC all cleaned up and ready to go...WSP-SNC-Atkins engineering giant ready to take on the world. Quebec, Canada and Europe proud. All pro's very little con's.  The Stockhouse Bullboard crew are asking $80/share but will take $72/share....let's go!!!

moi qui normalement suis ambitieux avec snc trouve que ce 72 actuellement serait plus que acceptable.... En fait tant que Edwards est mis au rancard je voterai en faveur a moindre prix

I'm sure WSP is still working on assimilating their previous acquisition. Based on what I've heard, they are still functionally completely separate. Big companies coming together, each with their own way of operating and internal politics.. It takes a while to see any level of coordination and to trim the fat. Another example: SNC restructuring and reoganizing internally every month or two ...more
