NAV was at 35.13 placed a buy order for 5000 at 35.15 not filled.. goes up to 35.22 manipulation at its best

The algos are so programmed. They hike the price when you offer the "Ask price". Then they drop the price. So you buy more. Surprisingly, the more you buy, the more they drop the price, so they can buy cheaper to compensate for the shares they sold you. The key is to keep buying and buying until they stop dropping the price and they pull it up.
