As far as I am concerned he can speak Spanish only as long as he delivers buddy and drive the share price to 50-100$ per share. You are right that it does not matter and it's a different situation than Air Canada that has to comply with the "langues officielles" law, but it just is another example of his incompetence. Why would he do that 1 week after the Air Canada Rousseau "scandal". Seriously... Maybe, it will just speed up the WSP offer...
