after a -3% downday, usually SNC will end the day at +0.20%. Of course, after the usual low volume shorting in the morning.. Or maybe someone woke up yesterday and decides that it is a steal at this price and put a big order before open...

They wait for it, smart $ doesn't buy at open unless the ask is way bigger than the bid and they're happy with it. But they would wait at 9:30 and 1 second to put order in :)
