There's something I don't understand. The stock went from $38 to $22.5. I will keep the shares I have, but there's clearly something I don't understand... At this pace we will be at $20 in July.

Look at the big picture Nuclear, civil engineering, infrastructure maintenance and developement, etc... all of these are not only recession proof but they will continue to thrive in the next few years. The only shadow on the horizon for SNC is a potential sale for cheap money. Might happen, who knows ? Share price is so low these days, it is simply ridiculous However I'm fully loaded with SNC

low of 2019 (around 16$) + 25% purchase premium (average in the last 10 years) = 20$ yeap 20$... almost 50% off from recent height and there's nothing that us, retail could do about that.. even Jarislowsky can't stop it on its own. However, and there's something very important that would prevent such a scenario. most if not all major SNC shareholders have an ACB way over 20

Right Alex. Not only recession proof but recession beneficiary. During recessions, governments over spend to compensate the lack of spending by corporations. They over spend mainly on public works and infrastructure.  i have not read any comment from anyone on the minutes of the meeting with the CFO. I have shared it with a lot of key shareholders and asked that SNC prepares a press-release

And what I don't understand is they have a lot of employees who own a lot of SNC shares. They should care about share price. I really regret not investing in WSP  2 years ago. And I can't wait for SNC to be sold...

Yes many employees invest with 10% of their pay every two weeks. What makes you think they don't care about share price? What are they to do about it?

Mais une manipulation de market makers est bien claire, et les gros actionnaires sont probablement de la partie, Edwards complice et conscient ..... Oui cherchent a faire sortir les vendeurs dans les tranches de prix 25 a 30 et plus pour ensuite bien garnis uniquement manipuler vers le haut
