Great summary of what transpired and the imbalance of the risk to which builders are subject.  However, it's doubtful the eventual ruling will be other than a compromise.  And how long will the settlement take? It will be great when it enters the coffers but for now I'll concentrate on the LSTK whittling and improvements in juicy parts of the business like nuclear, etc.

The $300m worst case scenario charge ($1.70 a share) is weighing on the stock to the tune of $30/share+   The market is obvioulsy capitalizing these losses at a big multiple, but they are on two Ontario projects that are delayed to mid-2023.   Inevitably, this issue was ending and the market will start to value SNC

Yeah that's the way I see things too.    Markets can be very irrational.    That's when smart money (institutional and retail) go hunting for bargains.   The tide will turn just like it always does.  This downturn in price is not sustainable.   Smart money will take advantage of this price sooner or later if they haven't already from the manipulation

@ heavy resistance for SNC.TO is at 21.50$ (tested a few times since covid drop) last week for tax loss selling so we might test it once more future is bright for SNC but the market is not recognizing it and management do not care at all about shareholders it will be longgggggg but we will see 45$-55$ one day and I will unload half at that moment until then, it's accumulation
