Tte only thing holding us back are the LSTK projects.  Finish those without hiccups and we are off to the races.  As I posted last week, this hits $40 to $50 easily once the all clear signs are there.   My guess is some of the investors who were on the fence with SNC are starting to slowly come back in.    With a new year upon us and new beginnings and most stocks in a
