The winning bidder for the High frequency train is about to be announced and rumors have it that Cadence of which Atkins is part of with CDPQ Infra, Systra and Keolis will be the selected bidder. Every major contractor and engineering firm in Canada will be a sub on this huge > 100B undertaking and that obviously includes Aecon that has always partnered with SNC/Atkins on dozens of projects.
