Atz CFO exercised options. Bought &Held 21,245 shares Monday

I guess you might think the CFO of Aritzia would know a good time to "load up" on shares like I told ya On Monday how Chip Wilson suggested on the weekend to me. Well, it looks like Aritzia CFO, Todd Ingledew did exactly that on Monday as disclosed in a filing after markets closed yesterday. Aritzia CFO Todd Ingledew exercised options and purchased 21,245 atz shares on Monday at $23.67, bringing his total share holdings to what seems to be his highest ever at 31,245. Normally he instantly dumps his shares after exercising the options but not this time. This is not to say he wont dump them soon but he decided to hold on to the shares. The Sedi records go back to 2016 for him. His cost was likely about $15. He had some options at an exercise price at $16 & 18,993 at $14. https://stockhouse.com/companies/insiders?symbol=t.atz

I don't know who you are but your information is outstanding. I've read other things you've posted on Aritzia before and I think you post elsewhere as well. Either way, thank you for this information.  Keep up the good work my friend. It's much appreciated.

Thank you ManneQuin! Yes I post on stockRetards/StockTwitts as well. Its the best way to share screengrabs and often the only or best way to support a claim. Re: Atz CFO Todd Ingledew 21,245 share purchase, my mega billion dollar portfolio mgr pal was laughing at me all day yesterday about the remote possibility that there would be a glitch in the S.E.D.I. insider share transaction reporting ...more
