Considering we just cut massive 3rd party logistics out with the new warehouse and PAID FOR IT, and new stores opening (18 new markets in this 5 yr plan) EPIC is an understatement.

Cutting out 3PLs in favor of building your own is counter to what others have done. Focus on style, marketing , procurement essential. This company has a lot to prove given recent performance. I'm on the sidelines, and pulling for them.
