If one can trust the feb. 2016 presentation (i know it's hard to trust anything originating from AUE), almost 80% of the shares are institutional holdings.
I am convinced,they will not allow AUE to file for chapter11.
Will be interesting to see what they will come up with.
Most probably us retail investors will be diluted out in a massiv pp, with warrants for those taking partt in the pp.
I could stand that, if only ee would get a management, which deserves this name (Raymand Lalonde would be my favorite)
