Not Fair Market
Just before the quarter financial release, on last Friday (Aug. 5, 2016), IFC sold 5 million shares in the open market. On Monday (Aug. 8, 2016), financial data and production data release with cautious wording. On Tuesday (Aug. 9, 2016), the management team granted options to CEO - a billionaire - million of shares at price of 6 canadian cents!
This is a fair market? I don't think so. Any thoughts? I really doubt a billionaire needs some 100k dollars? Or take some advantage? How could I define the greedy?

AUE has spent more around one year on optimizing the performance and never ending! A friend of mine told me based on his experience, it's likely MNG Gold could have some intention to bankrupt the company and swallow the whole assets of AUE. I don't agree with him, but I don't have good feelings currently.
