There is alot more inside avesoro then just the key gold mines?

Seem to have alot of offshore tax free shell co's but are we also majority holders of steller diamonds and other listed companies??? we must be. But they are only using beamount mining company for our financial statements? which must go through Mano gold prior to us actually seeing any documents??

We go through 5 companies just to get to the new liberty mine?

I think value of Avesoro is much highier Avesoro resources owns 75% which is then 100% owned by MNG. But look at all those other companies listed within Avesoro resources. They must be able to keep money hidden in some of those offshore shell co's to keep taxes down and what ever else they are doing.

Structure seems very strange to me can anyone else comment and offer further insight. I think Avesoro Resources has alot more to it then it appears this the reason for such high outstanding shares and the reason MNG is holding 75%.

If they arnt holding as high ownership as they are then someone would have controlling interest in all those other companies. Could this be the reason why they issued so many shares and keep high ownership.

Starting to feel like we are a shell company too but if someone can get majority ownership I think they would have alot more assets then when is presented.

ifyou watch some of the old videos with david reading there is more than just liberty mines.  they picked up other territories close to liberty overtime.  there is a lot more mines than i think people realize  andi think there is a lotmoregoldthan people realize.  more studies need to be done but there is a lot more than we think and talk about.  all in an area that has

When you refer to the financing being completed at the end of the month, do you have any info on that? A source or something I can look at? This has done everything I thought it would do except pay off.

ihear ya on that. avesoro is in talks with creditors about its loans, restructuring.  i also heard that mng would possibly guarantee payments.  google it.  cant remember where i saw it.  should be done by months end.

I think I found what you were referring to. It was on the Dec. 15th news release. There was nothing hidden about it, I just didn't read it yet.

Yes stellar diamonds i miss read we have under 3% ownership in that co through avesoro. There are alot of other assets though with huge potential. Im sure through some of those offshore companies there is extra money put away for future development or asset purchases. I think we will see a new bull market for gold, the people trump is putting in place is indicative to this. I think reversesplit

Looking at the structure of the company, I went under the "board" heading and found MNG does in fact employ 20000 people. They didn't issue over 5 billion shares to do a reverse split to get the price over 2 dollars, they'd of just issued less shares if that were the case. They're not intending on having a company IPO under 2 dollars, in my opinion, that would be ridiculous

Show me where u have information about the shell companies within avesoro. This is the hidden stuff I want to know about, could have hundreds of millions hidden in these.

there are no shell companies.  these are companies that had mines and that over time aureus picked them up.  aureus now avesoro, has a bunch of properties in liberia that have potential for gold.  they have gold but they need to do more studies to find out more precisely whats there.  avesoro could be pulling gold out of the ground for years, way beyong new liberty.

budddy, i think u are confusing mng group and mng gold.  mng group has over 20 000 employees  if u finished reading that sentence u would have caught the rest.  there is no ipo, ipo means initial public offering, we already have shares and there is no merger.  not sure what you are reading.  there are 5 plus billion shares of avesoro, whiich is75+% owned by mng gold, which

I agree with Orion But there must be some advantage to those offshore holdings and keeping them under them. Usually for tax purposes offshore(shell) company could be holding back capital or charging expense fees etc. We will never know you cant get any information on them. Sometimes they have the names of the Co leaked but wont be able to see financials. Im thinking they might have done something
