Environmental permits

Is Hay River fully permitted for environmental? Hard to believe they would get final permitting and native approval considering Great Slave Lake location and the kerosene / hydrochloric acid needed for extraction.

Is that something Hay River does?  Cheetah?  Or Avalon?  Not thinking it is an Avalon responsibility at this point, although I trust they are supporting/supportive in both permitting and indigenous agreements where they have a strong track record.
