Questions on CEO pay
One of the other posters here said Mr Bubar has been CEO of this company for a large number of years; but in all that time the company has produced nothing. Is that correct? Received the stockholders voting package from AVL today and it says the CEO pays himself $477,000 per year and gets stock opions on top of that.
Do we really pay the CEO almost $500,000 per year and the company produces nothing ? Are there plans to put a project into production soon? The CEO describes the project areas well but is that all he does - make presentations ?
Look forward to a response and will keep reading.

I'm not trying to defend Mr. Bubars salary nor achievements, but again I ask: How much they pay the CEOs of other junior rare earth and lithium exploring/development companies and how much these companies produce or plan to produce? Similar to AVL many of these companies have existed already some decades.

As long at AVL gets financing, then Bubar will continue to get paid the salary. Bubar gets to decide how much more he wants to dilute the shareholders with more shares. Currently at 411 million and trading at .10 to .15. Really do not expect the share price to ever trade beyond .30 without any revenue source. AVL is all speculation at this point.

If indeed Bubar has produced NOTHING in 25 years, the best thing for shareholders to do is get a CEO who will actually accomplish something. 25 years without ANY production is Shameful performance.
