Cost to buy refinery property.

Someone here is implying it'll be a $150M financing to acquire the property in Thunder Bay.
I'm thinking it'll be way lower, way way lower. Sub $15M.

INDEED__and Likely MUCH LOWER__as TBay STILL HAS some of the LOWEST Real Estate Pricing in Canada__for similar size cities.
