Rickardo probably isn't a dumb guy and see's critical minerals as a longer term play for himself personally. Gold market is full of "experts" at high levels, maybe he can make a name for himself.  A google search would have given enough info though and honestly, if he is not all over the news it's probably (hopefully) because he was too busy working!
