There are 565 million reasons why Avalon is trading at .075 cents.

I've known about AVL, and have watched it from a distance for well over a decade now. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I'm wondering how Avalon has a current market cap of around $40M while Commerce Resources has a market cap of around $21M. Either way, I think it's fair to say that both companies have failed to generate any value for shareholders for a long long time.
