Will Ottawa fund one Northern Ontario lithium refinery or 4?

NO WAY would 4 BE FUNDED__This Makes NO SENSE eh !!!!

I Have Been VERY DISAPPOINTED that the CEOs of These Companies
do NOT SEEM to Want to NEGOTIATE the Construction of JUST ONE
Regional Refinery.

Also KEEP in MIND that ONE MORE Number IS Possible__ZERO
