Good News
I would have thought this billboard s would have been lit up with comments today. Makes me wonder Nader if these billboard sites are for real Woolworth wanting to do a negative spin.

Never many comments here, good boring company, stable growth and dividend.

Me, too. I can't fathom the pullback, either. Is there some doubt the transition will go through, blocked on share vote? Mysterious.

I was pretty surprised with the pullback too. Thought this would creep up to $37 fairly quickly. I don't mind collecting the dividend while I wait though. :-)

This is looking quite appealing to me at these prices. Guaranteed at least one distribution of $0.16 per unit and I see no reason why the proposed business combination would not be accepted. At today's price, that would be another $3.00 per unit if you accept the cash offer. Not bad for a short term investment. I bought some more this morning.

Although no price has been stated the following was part of the release: the fair market value of the units of the Fund is in the range of $31.50 to $37.50 per unit, and the fair market value of the common shares of A&W Food Services NewCo is in the range of $32.00 to $38.00 per share The big question is where will shares of newco trade? Will this launch like an IPO?
