They said that in the summer of 2008. Inflation was going higher as well as oil but then Lehman Brothers happened.  Whatever makes you sleep at night.

PREDICTION

The fed goes to 4.25% give or take then says they need to hold indefinitely or hike again.  Thats the joke, but hopefully my portfolio is well calibrated by then.  not going to fall for it ...more

WOW!

S & P 500, DOW AND VNQ ALL having some MODEST yet GENEROUS gains....about 0.70%.  Maybe Artis would be hitting $8.30s now if the TSX was not closed.
