See how similar these 2 reits and other reits trade today.  Nothing can convince me the SP action is due to buyer/seller demand. Looks like a computer is just ticking them in the same manner ...more

SEPT 13, 2024

VNQ was $98.97 and is $98.60 today.  Practically same price .  XRE was $17.97 that day, both equally up 13% YTD exactly.  Equal performance. Today.....$15.74.  Still dont get how ...more

YTD VNQ is +15% to XRE.   Wow, they were literally "glued" with the same performance up until MAY.  Then VNQ opened a 6% lead which lasted off and off to September, which you ...more

10 WEEKS

In some charts like XRE, DIR, HR etc I see about 5 or 6 green days.  So basically 45/ 50 its down or down sideways XUT AND VNQ Look nothing like this YES ALL CAD REITS REPORTED GROSS EARNINGS ...more

No REITs are bucking a trend and rallying. It's the literally exact same thing everyday. A intraday gain does not hold ,  if it does its a couple pennies. Detached from everything bonds, vnq, ...more

The 10 yr yield flopped at 4.40 twice and is down 4.24... Vnq rallying to Sept highs. BOC going in 2 weeks. What exactly can we expect to get these trds to at least stop this free fall?
