The 3 times XRE has a drop like now... Say 15 to 18% loss it was immediately rebounded in a V shape manner.  Most notably the fall 2022 and fall 2023 September dumps.  That should be the ...more

XRE 18% retraced of 20% summer rally

That friggrn 10yr yield.  Still have no clue how that's justified. You can live off that interest as solid income.

I mainly watched cnbc and my us stuff today.  It was a clear rotation trade. Yield bounced off 4.8 many times and failed to go higher.  Tech down and russell outperformed and yields behaved. ...more
