Sticking to their guns, say they got 45% shareholder support. Who do YOU side with- Artems or Sandpiper. Looks like it could go to court

I gotta say I read their presentation at abetterartis.com and it is compelling.  In particular they are claiming that the good value creating moves in the past few years were their suggestions which Martens has not denied.   And how Martens has been one of the highest paid REIT CEOs in Canada while their share price has suffered - this is the most telling.  And the board member ...more

I'm with sandpiper, made lots of money with them before... Agellan was a big win and so was Granite !!  Cheers

I hit a homerun when the CEO of sandpiper was the ceo of Amica and it was sold at a huge premium to Ontario teachers pension fund... I only have 10,600 shares but will be voting for Sandpipers board nominees. Good luck to all....
