We already know Mr. Manji is up to his eyeballs in Artis shares, so it is not particularly important to see him buying more.  But with the shares so cheap, I cannot really blame him for bellying up. I would rather see nothing but Artis repurchases on the insider report.  This would allow for some days with no insider buying, so the stock price could cool off a bit on these "off
