Being deployed -HR/AP For Artis and Dream -no visible strategy for shareholders return and more important conflict of interest with external managment

Sandpiper and Artis CEO have millions of shares, I dont doubt that they want to get unit price as high as they can. They will likely resume the NCIB in DEC. Dream Asset Management are buying and have NCIB firing. I own all 3 and generally speaking they will trade as a group regardless
