The one thing that previously worried me about Artis was the large amount of debt maturing in the near future. Artis has improved their balance sheet while obtaining full NAV for the assets it sold while looking to reinvest at discounts to NAV. Very strange to see Artis declining following the sale of assets at full NAV which must surely be interpreted as positive news.

Me too. Where would the stock be if mgmt came out and said they were unable to complete the sales? Also disappointing is the lack of insider buying. I thought, post news release, Samir would be back in buying.
