Are they even buying the common stock/units? I thought just the prefs... they should be ripping that NCIB like mad.. how tf do you buy Dream units while not running the NCIB. Management signaling Dream is a better value prop than Artis? Do they need to fix the algo parameters?

We don't know if Artis is buying dream at the moment. I haven't seen any new insider disclosures. Every 2% increase in their ownership of d they must announce it

Had they not bought dream, would they have more capital to utilize the ncib? If so, the oppertunity cost of buying dream was the ability to buy artis... I dont know and don't have the ability to check right now..

Great to see that they maximized their NCIB - this makes me very hopeful that they will renew and, more importantly, utilize the NCIB in the coming weeks. I completely agree with you: "I'm excited to see the price action moving forward as a persistent buyer enters the frame."  Artis has recently sold a lot of Minnesota industrial properties so they have plenty of cash and will have some explaining to do to their unitholders if they do not repurchase units in December when Artis trades at such a ...more
