Frankie, is March 20 the day it is delisted? Also will ETF's that include Artis in their basket of REIT's be compelled to remove it? Just curious, as I have no experience with this sort of thing. I notice that insider buying is present at these distressed levels which is typicaly a good time to add to a postion.

Before March 20th. ETF's that rebal in accordance with an index based on rules (not actively managed) are forced to buy and sell positions when stocks are added/removed from the index that they track. for example XRE tracks the real estate component of the TSX, it has $1.15B net assets and Artis represents 1.5% as at March 6.
