only -25% WTF tells me institutional investors offering shares under lending securities plan for additional yield 

does not make sense I suggest you all ask your broker dealer their rates

Let them short... a great service to the NCIB and every longterm investor here.  To the shorts, I saulte you. Your efforts have resulted in a very accretive NCIB program whereby we have been able to repurchase our debt (prefs) at a 20-30% discount to face value. Please do not relent, there is more downside, just as there are more prefs for us to buyback.
