Yeah but the trade is more sweked towards up given reits have all appreciated nicely in July bringing comparablesc less attractive. Plus artis processing on balance sheet initiatives. That begs the question ... what do SELLERS KNOW

Cumulative vol. was 1.025 million on Artis today. Large 199,000 share block trade when briefly fell below $7 in the morning. I also added more for the third time in the past week.
