I assume you are aware that there is a rumour printed in an Aussie newsapper that a related party is going to make an offer.  No terms or price indicated. No sources cited. NWH.UN is a completely different situation.

Never heard of that aussie paper.  Rumors are just rumors price would gap up if the market got hold of its legitimacy
