NCIB - Pref Buybacks?

Looks like Artis re-purchased over 60k of preferred shares late Monday.  Two transactions, one each for the E and I series, at $17.02 & $17.04.  Dividend yield is above 10%.

Good deal for both common and pref holders. Not so great for the sellers.

Sounds incrementally positive. Where did you see this information?  Curious to follow the source. Thanks in advance!

Just saw the 2 crosses in trade history.  Similar prices to previous Pref buybacks.  Question mark in the Subject line means that this is speculation on my part. Will know within a week by reviewing the SEDI reports. Last pref re-purchase was 76k I series at $18.50 and 2.4k Es at $17.60 on Aug 4th.
