Thanks for sharing this EstavanOutsider.  Not that any of this is news; rather, it is interesting to see a financial industry player not dumping on the likes of Artis. I too see Artis as an easy double over the next year.  We are finally cresting the interest rate hill, so we just need to keep the faith and not drop our pants for some ruinous offer this fall.
