How many shares of artis you got? I got almost 50k. THAT'S HOW REAL THIS IS.  Value destruction at its finest.

It's an important position for me and I am more concentrated in Artis than you are. It's only wealth destruction if you sell for a loss. That's where patience is required and posting as often as you do will not alter the natural course of when that recovery occurs.

If Snakeyboy ever gets relaxed or pacified I am going to sell my REITs as it will be a contrarian indicator. 14 posts in a day represents max fear. people are reading these dumb CRE headlines on Twitter and getting freaked out after losing 50% of their investment at or near a cyclical bottom. i suspect the space rebounds by january significantly. rates to roll over in 1H 2024. a recession looms in

Very good point! I was adding to my position in Artis while Snakeboy was sharing his unhappiness and fears. I sense that the downside risk at this level is low, and the upside is compelling. As babybunny put it very nicely, it has become a solid two-bagger.

$50k lol that's baby money. My smallest stock positions are $250k minimum. Here's a tip: Look up VEQT, VGRO, VDY, buy some of those and F off.

I didnt say $50k , I SAID 50K SHARES.  Its literally half a mill worth peanuts now thanks to mismanagement.....almost as bad as SANDPIPERS BEING DOWN 100M.  Manji f'ed this REIT up and its inconceivable that he thought he was a guru that would take over other mismanaged reits and turn them around. Talk about being HUMBLED!

EXACTLY.  HISTORIC VALUE DESTRUCTIONS. Couldnt have done a worst job if he tried!  Maybe sandpiper is secretly short and has put options

I mean, you bought the stock, are you not going to take some personal responsbility. For the record, the biggest position I own is RioCan, millions of dollars worth. You don't see me crying every time the stock goes up or down. I bought strong management that I can trust. I wouldn't trust Manji to be a security guard at one of my buildings.
