When the market does not go the way you anticipated, and you have unrealized (or realized) losses- you made a boo-boo. For whatever reason. You are not a victim. There are no scams. You just got it wrong. Your crystal ball was a bit too cloudy. Please stop complaining and blaming everyone but yourself. Nobody forced you to establish your positions. You made the decisions like yourself. Be an adult.

Get a grip and remember these are long-term investments. Valuations are incredible! Cap rates far above the risk free rate, which is now incredibly 4.5% (assuming you use 10Y as your risk free rate). Not sure why you bother to read his insufferable whinning. I modestly bought more Allied and Dream Office today.
