When there could potentially be an INSTANT 20% drop on a failed stratregic review (or underwhelmed). Probably make a one day trip to $5.70

I don't really think there even is such a thing as a "failed" strategic review. There of course is the possibilty that certain people will be disappointed in the outcome or determination of the reivew process. Perhaps we view the purpose of this review differently.
