I had a reit or two that was almost flat. Not this time, every name has tanked hard. Absolutely nuts man. I dont even know what this is anymore

REITs are now selling off more or less indiscriminately regardless of fundamentals with what was once largely limited to office-heavy REITs now spreading to most of the REIT universe. People want liquidity, people cannot stand to take another day of losses, people are afraid. Many REITs have sold off too much to contemplate selling at this point in my opinion.
