Good catch by SnakeyBoy (Gary). Sedar filing from two days ago shows Edgepoint now owns 10.28% of the REIT and is now a mandatory reporting filer:

"EdgePoint exercises control over 11,271,544 Units of the Issuer, representing a security holding percentage of approximately 10.28% as at September 30, 2023, as calculated in accordance with applicable securities legislation."

Yes it seems like a game changer of sorts, now that there is an additional BIG party with sandpiper and joyce.  The 3 of them taking this private seems like a stretch, as they likely have different goals and would just buy on open market cheaper.  I wonder if Edgepoint is going to make a run for control of artis....or if they just LOVE the value down here, when in reality theres other
