Close to NAV as the CAP rates have not changed much from Q2.

I wonder if they will reveal how much AFFO they are losing on all these sales , and the precise loss on each property vs. it's book value to see how distressed or not the market really is

They will be in line with Q3 IFRS NAV reported, which CAP rates were raised up slightly on.

Do the math on the square footage disclosed and the note on 5 offices = $228 per sq ft. That's not really distressed in my view.
