Outcomes

Waiting for a big  sale of assets in bulk to somone, lets say 500m+, followed by:
  1. Firm SIB at $9 (that's it), reit carries on - mediocre result
  2. Low ball SIB, followed by privitization in later months..
  3. Privitization immediately
Option 4, Taking the REIT private or selling it on block to someone likely wont be good without derisking it with better balance sheet and liquiduity.

It's privatization Snakeboy, not privitization. And if you're so smart  why don't you get a job running a REIT.  think of it- Gary Reins, CEO XYZ REIT
