Pref E Quarterly Distribution Dec 15th

Should be announced Dec 15th, at the new higher rate of 0.449875 per unit. Over 11% Yield at current price. Snagged a bunch for the inevitable rate crash in 2024. With these big fat distributions applied to my ACB it really brings my cost down quite a bit in my registered accounts. Lots of upside capital gains potential as well.

You don't think we will see higher for longer?  The best deals on preferreds seem to have late 2024 and early 2025 resets.   Either was you won't go wrong with that purchase.  Way better than sitting on a capital loss in the common - I have seen 40% go up in smoke.
