EXIT STRATEGY

Regardless of what happens with Artis during the strategic review, we must conteplate what is sandpiper and joyce's ultimate exit strategy on a medium or long term basis. Lets be real, artis increasing dividends anytime this decade seems unlikely. So how will they pull their capital out? What kinda of appreciation are the expecting with SP? Maybe they can sell the REIT during good times for $15 en block, but real estate in general will be quite expensive then leaving limited capital recylcing options.
