I find it crazy
That sideline money in the tbills, 5% savings or short term gics, even 6%, that has not been in garbage reits or other risky income stuff, now has waited out almost 2 years of tightening , and the market is giving them stellar deals to buy in to ride the other side. I would have thought the market would have bidded these guys up well in advance so when the narrative actually shifts they'll be forced to buy higher. No free lunch.
