Strategic review outcome

I dont know about everyone else but I feel the excitement that was there initially about Manji turning the screws to get some much higher liquidity is kinda evaporating. 4 months into this, REITS are still in a funk, SP is not recovering even a bit in anticipation, though you can argue it would likely be $5.30 without the review. We really need results here to recycle capital into other beaten down reits before this tax loss selling exhausts and they move up 15-20%

Manji has failed at literally everything he set out to do in his business transformation plan. Why would he succeed here in what's the most challenging task?

Gary i'm quite happy with my 9-10% yield (even if that changes, i'm ok) and i think there is lots of upside in the future i'm very happy being patient and waiting it out just because you made poor capital allocation decisions and poor investments, don't blame him, or the stock, or Powell, or the market, or the US vs CAD REITS, or santa claus you did this...you need to own it ...more

People here act like this strategic review was my idea. It was Manji,s he put in it in writing since Day 1, 3 year plan, in his letter to investors in march, and then formally to pay external parties 200k so far to execute. I rather he didnt even try if he is going to FAIL.

Its an unnecessary distraction as well as a costly one...like going after FCR board fight while artis was a dumpster fire. To call the review he must DELIVER RESULTS. AND SOON.
