Long 10 year bonds down 5 cents continued downtrend


And REITS like artis and other sell off!!!!!!!!!!  Like come on man, what does the market want here? an instant 0.25 cut

for the record, I own a diversified reit portfolio of about 10 names and collect a handsome monthly yield net interest/margin costs. However I am looking to captal recycle artis into bigger and better reits that have favorable asset classes, not 30% minnesota office etc and this unfocused hedge fund reit.  it will get me ahead quicker
