Motivated to buy 100k more on margin....
Of all reits in general. The fact that the US sector has moved substantially while canada's is being artificially depressed with tax loss selling is almost a sure bet. Yields also wont head back up before christmas and Jan/Feb is the most bullish time of the year. I will wait one more week then maybe roll the dice....what do you all think?

You yourself said nothing is a sure thing. Take your own advice? I'm still waiting for you to sell, to confirm the bottom.

I think you speak for virtually all of us DZ. Thanks for putting in your post what I'm thinking as I see 20 posts today from Mr Reins alternately bragging about his portfolio, complaining about things we have no control over, or pretending that he is an oracle who can predict the future. Initially it's amusing. At this point it's a clear sign of psychopathology.

Better to switch your position from AX .UN to Allied REIT, you will book tax-loss ,get better and safest distribution plus more capital gain. Still not to late. Properties are the best in their class. no issue with external managment , very solid balance . Playing with Artis like playing in casino.
