Everyone expects failure

I dont think anyone here, other than perhaps investsmarter, believes Manji will succeed in his mission. Unless there's a major commercial real estate reckoning in 2024 with the market being hot again, in which case, artis unit price would rip regardless.

Artis is now a contrarian play perhaps.

Applying the same 9x AFFO multiple as HR reit, AX = $5.40.

Scary stuff.

I for one surely do not expect failure. I would further suggest the millions of shares and over sized positions accumulated of late most certainly do not expect failure neither. Sit back, watch, listen, LEARN, order of the day.
